How do I shop online?

To start shopping, click on the category that you would like to shop from or use the search to find an item. In each category there are sub categories with different items.

What happens when I place an order online?

You will receive an e-mail message confirming your online order, shipment method and the total amount to be charged to your credit card. In the event that the product availability changes after the credit card has been charged, you will receive a refund in full for the unavailable product.

Has my order shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing shipping information like the tracking number and shipping carrier.

What is the postage fee?

The postage fee varied according to the package weight and destination.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, an invoice will be attached together with your order.

Do you have a catalogue?

Sorry, we do not have a catalog. All of our products can be viewed online.

I don't have a credit card, and cannot purchase online, how?

Please call +603-5635 2232 / +6012-697 7121 and remit the payment to our Maybank account: 5123-1611-5186. Kindly submit the remittance slip via fax (+603-5638 6927) or email (sales@kakimotor.com) for payment confirmation.

Am I allowed to visit the shop to take a look at the real products before I purchase?

Yes, you are welcome to visit any Kakimotor outlets.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, we accept payment via cheque. Kindly pay to Kakimotor Sdn. Bhd.

Kakimotor reserves the right to hold an order until the cheque is cleared.

Can I come to collect my ordered items personally?

Yes, please call +603-5635 2232 / +6012-697 7121 for an appointment before you come.

Why have I received different colour products from what I ordered?

In the event that an item is unavailable, Kakimotor reserves the right to make a replacement with any item of equivalent value.

Can I return the damaged or faulty products?

Products may get damaged or faulty on delivery journey. Items can only be returned if damaged or faulty on receipt, with presentation of sales receipt.

How long can I have my purchased items?

3 days to 14 days, depending on the items.

Why do the product’s colour looks different in a different computer?

Photography is for reference only and in different computer monitors, the colour settings may be different.
