1. Where can I collect KAKI Points?
You may visit any of our KAKIMOTOR outlets:

2. Do I have to pay a fee to be KAKIMOTOR member?
Yes, the joining fee are as below:

3. Is there any expiry date to my KAKI Point?
No, you may redeem our promotion items anytime at any of our outlets.

4. How do i renew my membership?
You can renew your KAKI Kad at any of our outlets by either requesting for deduction of 1,000 Points from your existing KAKI Kad membership or paying with a renewal fee of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50).

5. If I renew my KAKI Kad before the date of expiry, what will the next expiry date be?
The expiry date of your renewed KAKI Kad will follow the same month and day as your current KAKI Kad. For instance, if the expiry date of your current KAKI Kad is 06 July 2012, the expiry date of your renewed KAKI Kad shall be 06 July 2013.

6. Will i get my Point immediately after making my purchase?
Yes, you will get your Points instantly after the purchase. However, you Points will be credit into your account within three (3) working days.

7. If I signed up as KAKI Kad member at Kakimotor Cheras Branch. Am I able renew my KAKI Kad at any ther Kakimotor outlets?
Yes, all KAKI Kad members are most welcome to renew their membership at any Kakimotor Outlet.

8. How do I get a replacement for my lost KAKI Kad and do I have to pay for the card replacement?
You can get a replacement card at any Kakimotor outlets by paying a processing fee of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20).

9. How do I check my latest KAKI Kad Point?
You may send us an email at info@kakimotor.com request for your Point Statement.

10. Is there any expiry date to my KAKI Point?
No, there is no expiry date for the accumulated Points. However, if your KAKI Kad had expiry, the Points will not be credit to your account.

11. If I recently moved to a new residence. How do I update my personal detail?
